Next to the cable car hill and at the end of the cafe and restaurant street.
If you want a good night´s sleep don´t stay on saturday!

It's location couldn't have been better and the staff are very helpful. It's very handy for the nightlife of Bellavista and the park, easy to find and because it's an old building, you can't hear much of other residents.
It's only drawback, and it only applies to one or two rooms, is the nearness of the disco over the road, which gets going at about 12:30 and goes on until 4:30. You can't hear much if your window is closed though.

Nice hotel in pretty touristic place nwith a lot of cafes, restaurants and pretty close to the center of the city.
Small breakfast and the laundary didn´t work that day.
